VISION
The Office of the Registrar of the Bulacan Agricultural State College, San Ildefonso, Bulacan is envisioned to be the principal repository and guardian of student scholastic records and implementor of CHED policies related to admission and registration.
MISSION
Maintain a sufficient, trained and competent staff to carry out an effective, efficient and systematic delivery of services to its clientele.
GOALS
To formulate an efficient and systematic admission policy and student performance records through an automated system.
OBJECTIVES
1. Formulate an efficient and systematic policy on the delivery of services.
2. Design a general information policy on admission and academic performance.
3. Initiate the review and revision and design of programs that will cater to the needs and demands of the community.
4. Safeguard students’ records and programs through an automated enrollment and recording system.
